Being a morning person and early riser, I think most people would consider me a high energy person. Energy is the second E of the Five Es that we look for in sales.

Energy is very important. Most good salespeople are high energy people. They are excited to get up in the morning and want to get to work because they are driven. Energy can be contagious. It can stimulate people around you.

A great source of energy is the combining of business and personal goals. If you can marry these two, you have a powerful tool.
