Kyle was initially hired as an intern for Lyman & Sheets in 2015 while finishing his bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis in Insurance from Olivet College. Lyman & Sheets was thrilled to hire someone as well-educated and motivated as Kyle as a full time Producer after his graduation in May 2016. While still in college, Kyle became the youngest person in Michigan to achieve the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He is currently working toward his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. Kyle rounded out his education in claims and underwriting through work with Frankenmuth Insurance Company.
As an advocate for strong and healthy communities, Kyle is actively involved with the Charlotte Rotary and Can Do!, a group committed to strengthening the Charlotte community.
