Niki has been a licensed property and casualty agent since 1994 and her professional designations include Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Customer Support Representative (CISR).
Niki’s particular area of expertise is in working with property management, development, construction and manufacturing clients where she has structured complex insurance, risk transfers and risk management programs to support clients in these sectors.
As part of the Lyman & Sheets Senior Management Team, Niki provides leadership and direction in the delivery of services to clients whose combined annual premiums are in excess of $30 million.
In addition, her experience includes working in managerial positions at the insurance carrier and agency level where she is proud to have implemented several “best practices” initiatives and provided training to team members.
